Mr. DeNittis' practice is concentrated in the field of civil litigation where has developed an expertise in the areas of class action litigation, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, product liability, mass tort litigation, construction defects, consumer fraud, false advertising claims and personal injury.  He has successfully served as co-lead counsel to tens of thousands of class members in numerous national and statewide class actions.  As a result of some of those cases, Mr. DeNittis was responsible for making new laws in the areas of gas meter installation safety and coin sale marketing.

            Mr. DeNittis is rated by Martindale Hubbell with an AV rating and was recently named a New Jersey Rising Star in both New Jersey Monthly and New Jersey Superlawyers magazines in August of 2006.   In addition, he was also recognized as the top consumer law attorney in SJ magazine 2003.
